Job description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end program management for company-wide fiber audit, asbuilt, and working documentation efforts.
  • Maintains project updates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation associated with he deployment of a new design system.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to include engineering, construction, operations, and sales to align activities and drive program execution.
  • Data entry into IQGEO Network manager as needed.
  • Manages project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed to ensure program success.
  • Continually remains engaged with industry trends and technologies to ensure optimized processes and resources for Hotwire.
  • Lead change management initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and addressing resistance to change to drive adoption and successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrates a level of transparency on process and status relative to ongoing workstreams.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
  • 5 years of program management experience.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing data to make recommendations.
  • Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) and other research and data analysis programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (including public speaking) in English.
  • Must feel comfortable presenting to an audience.
  • Required to work independently with minimal supervision.
