Job description

Overview
The Physical Security Site Manager will assist the Director of Physical Security in developing and maintaining a physical security program designed to protect bank employees and bank property and to comply with federal, state, and local requirements.
Location listed is preferred office location but other locations and working remotely within the Renasant footprint may be considered based upon convenience and business necessity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Physical Security Domestic Impact Program including the coordination of law enforcement and internal and external legal partners related to protective orders, no trespassing orders, etc., as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain an Executive Protection Program
  • Perform administrative duties related to location fire alarms
    • Coordinate contact and contracts with service vendors
    • Facilitate and coordinate fire alarm monitoring activities
      • Fire alarm test and inspection
      • Sprinkler system test and inspection
      • Contract Fire Alarm Monitoring Services
  • Manage all duties related to security guards
    • Contracts with vendors
    • Insurance compliance
    • Posting Orders
    • Annual Physical Check-ins
    • Special assignments
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Workplace Violence Prevention Program in coordination with Human Resources, Technology, Internal Audit, et al
  • Maintain all Physical Security policies and procedures and manage the Physical Security SharePoint site
  • Perform facility visits as needed
    • Routine security assessments and/or training
    • Onsite response to various incidents including natural disasters, vandalism, burglary, robbery and/or equipment issues, etc
    • Investigate reports of Potential Security Events on Renasant property
    • Investigate Non-Employee Injury Reports on Renasant Property
  • Collect and manage evidence and establish chain of custody with Renasant's insurance carriers and law enforcement when necessary. Facilitate and verify evidence transfer.
  • Assist with training, including the development of training materials and presentation of training on security-related topics
  • Provide support to Retail Branch Administrators for the All Clear Systems application
  • Assist with special projects and system implementations or upgrades as required
  • Assist with special investigations onsite as needed
  • Assist with the preparation of the Annual Security Officer's Report to the Board of Directors
  • Support and administer daily operation of Physical Security Equipment Platforms
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) with equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of banking experience
  • Ability to interpret laws and create appropriate policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with senior management, employees, and external parties (e.g., vendors, law enforcement, examiners, auditors) in a professional manner
  • Ability to work unsupervised at a proficient and productive rate
  • Ability to think logically and analytically and to analyze and solve problems, often with limited information
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability concerning work hours and job duties
  • Ability to travel, including overnight travel. This may include use of the employee's personal vehicle.
