Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager to join our Team in Fort Smith, AR. Responsibilities • Overall responsibility for the successful operation and quality assurance of the support services covered under the contract. • The PM shall have the authority to act for the contractor on all matters pertaining to the daily operation of the contract, respective to their cognizant responsibility. Requirements • Clearance: DOE 'L' level access authorization minimum (DOD Secret equivalent) • The PM shall have at least five years of program management experience. • The PM shall be able to demonstrate excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. • The PM shall have a very good knowledge of project management principles but more importantly experience managing risk, tracking and following up on multiple issues, developing and implementing program and project plans and the ability to successfully operate and navigate the tasks associated with this contract. • This position will be based at the Logistics Support Site in Fort Smith, AR.
