Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Licensed Patrol Driver Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.75 / Hour 1+ years of law enforcement or military or Corrections experience - Weekly Pay Must be 21+ years old Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sat 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sun 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. * Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following applicable armed post orders. * Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity. * Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation. * Operate assigned communications equipment and coordinate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed. Minimum Requirements: * Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security experience. * Possess an armed guard card or license. * Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance. * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Pepper spray certification is preferred. * Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Participate in industry-specific security training programs. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
