Responsibilities
• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs and projects supporting enterprise strategy and operational priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee various group activities, including performance tracking, reporting, and risk management.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive successful outcomes.
• Implement and maintain management standards, tools, and best practices for program and project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners to support execution.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives; escalate and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience, including leading complex, multi-project, cross-functional, or enterprise initiatives.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading project or program teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise program and project management methodologies and governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and enterprise-wide business initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into structured execution roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing governance processes, including performance metrics, reporting standards, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership capability in building, mentoring, and sustaining high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.
• Skilled in synthesizing complex data and communicating insights, risks, and progress to executive audiences.
• Understanding of organizational change management, process improvement, and adoption strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, prioritize resources, and adapt to changing business needs.

Desired:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, ITIL, or Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with enterprise project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
