Job description

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an experienced Program Manager II to support DoD acquisition and operational programs. This role interfaces directly with senior government stakeholders and supports planning, execution, and evaluation of complex programs. Position Responsibilities: * Support program planning, execution, and reporting across acquisition lifecycle activities * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives, schedules, and deliverables * Prepare and present briefings to senior leadership * Support technical reviews, requirement validation, and program assessments * Facilitate stakeholder communication and integration activities Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience supporting DoD programs * Experience supporting acquisition, systems engineering, or operational programs * Strong communication and briefing skills * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with ACAT programs or PEO-level support * Prior military or government experience * PMP certification (preferred) Security Requirements: * Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check. * Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements. This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
