Position:ย Full-Time

GPI Security Services is seeking a seasoned security professional for a Post Commander / Patrol Supervisor assignment supporting high-quality medical office properties in the Irvine area.

This position combines mobile patrol responsibilities with on-site security leadership. The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of the shift actively patrolling properties by vehicle and on foot while helping ensure that daily security operations are organized, professional, and properly documented.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced officer who works well independently, communicates effectively, and is comfortable taking ownership of an assigned security operation.

What Youโ€™ll Do

โ€ขย Conduct scheduled vehicle and foot patrols of assigned medical office properties.

โ€ขย Patrol parking structures, parking areas, stairwells, building exteriors, and common areas.

โ€ขย Maintain a highly visible and professional security presence.

โ€ขย Assist with the organization and oversight of daily security activities.

โ€ขย Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and calls for service.

โ€ขย Identify safety, security, and property-related concerns and take appropriate action.

โ€ขย Prepare clear daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation.

โ€ขย Maintain regular communication with GPI Operations and property representatives.

Current California BSIS Guard Card.

โ€ขย Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

โ€ขย Ability to safely operate a company-provided patrol vehicle.

โ€ขย Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.

โ€ขย Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.

โ€ขย Ability to perform frequent walking patrols and stairwell inspections.

โ€ขย Excellent attendance, reliability, and judgment.

โ€ขย Availability Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Previous experience as a Post Commander, Lead Officer, Field Supervisor, Mobile Patrol Officer, or commercial-property security officer is strongly preferred.

Experience with medical facilities, office properties, parking operations, or multi-building environments is also desirable.

This is an active patrol assignment and is not a stationary security position.
