Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Security Officers in the Scottsdale, AZ area. This position is for all shifts and days with a pay rate of $21.00/hour, paid weekly. The right candidate will combine security experience with a customer service mindset.

  • 3 years customer service experience
  • 2 years security experience
  • Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision
  • Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain highest level of integrity
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions
  • Must have dependable means of transportation
  • Must practice good grooming standards
  • Must demonstrate good teamwork ability
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Active AZ Guard Card License

The Security Officer will be the face of the client and greet everyone when they come in. Security Officers may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
