In this role, you will help maintain awareness across the property while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling calls for assistance, and supporting security-related communications for the location.
  • Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and other reporting systems, and dispatch personnel to routine issues, incidents, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and daily activity in logs and reports, sharing timely updates with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
  • Coordinate access-related requests, after-hours activity, deliveries, and vendor or contractor communications in support of property operations and established post procedures.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of conditions across the property, relaying information to on-site personnel, and supporting follow-up on security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
  • Meet the 40 WPM minimum requirement.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
