Position: Mobile Team Supervisor – Overnight Operations
Location: Greater Victoria based
Wage: $26.00 - $27.25/hr 
Shift Times: Evenings/Overnights
Reports to: Mobile Operations Manager
Position Summary
The Mobile Team Supervisor provides hands-on leadership and support to Mobile Patrol and static site operations during evening and overnight shifts. The role focuses on the mobile team’s alarm response coordination, field support, incident escalation, training, and maintaining consistent service standards across after-hours operations. The role supports consistent client service standards and professional response delivery.
Acting as the primary after-hours escalation contact for Mobile Patrol matters, the Mobile Team Supervisor plays a key role in guard deployment decisions, task prioritization, and coordination between Mobile Operations, Security Operations Centre (SOC), and camera monitoring.  This will result in effective response coverage, operational continuity, and 100% fulfillment of services. This role works collaboratively to support communication, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. The Mobile Team Supervisor may also assist with patrol coverage and field operations as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and field support to Mobile Patrol Drivers and static guards during evening and overnight shifts
  • Support guards during emergencies by providing direction, guidance, or relief as needed
  • Assist with alarm response prioritization, coordination, incident escalation, and deployment adjustments
  • Conduct field visits, compliance checks, and service quality reviews
  • Support training and mentoring of new Mobile Patrol Drivers and static guards
  • Promote communication and coordination between Mobiles, static guards, SOC, and LVM
  • Monitor after-hours activity and identify service concerns, coverage gaps, and operational improvement opportunities
  • Assist with report review, documentation accuracy, notifications, and follow-up actions
  • Escalate critical concerns to Operations Management as required
  • Promote safe work practices and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support service continuity during weekends, high-demand periods, and shift transitions
  • Support consistent client service standards and professional response delivery
  • Lead by example while promoting professionalism, accountability, teamwork, communication, and service consistency
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Mobile Patrol, alarm response, dispatch, static security, or security supervision (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of after-hours security operations and incident response
  • Knowledge of Mobile Patrol operations, route management, and alarm response procedures preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
  • Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using TrackTik or similar reporting/scheduling systems considered an asset
  • Valid BC Security Worker Licence (we will support attainment for the right candidate)
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with acceptable driver’s abstract
