Armed Field Supervisor

Armed Field Supervisor:

Schedule will vary weekly

Role:

Oversees field operations, dispatching, and scheduling of security personnel. Ensure compliance with company/client policies and maintain a secure, professional environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Must be willing to obtain TWIC Card
  • 3+ years military/law enforcement/security experience
  • 1+ year supervisory/management experience
  • Armed State Security License required
  • Valid State driver’s license with clean MVR
  • Must have flexibility of scheduling.
  • Must Have Concealed Carry Pistol Permit.
  • Must be able to assume and maintain a standing post while covering assignments for other officers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Field Supervision & Dispatch Coordination

  • Manage officer schedules and assignments
  • Conduct field training and evaluations
  • Support logistics and dispatch operations

Security Operations & Patrol

  • Conduct walking patrols and report safety concerns
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials
  • Respond to alarms/incidents per protocol

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain logs and incident reports electronically
  • Enforce post instructions and procedures
  • Use tablets and basic computer systems for reporting

Team Oversight

  • Supervise and support security officers
