$24hr PT Security Officers

Security Officers Needed in the Madison area.

Basic Job Duties:

  • Foot patrol
  • High-Rise Residential Living Security
  • Mobile Patrols 

Security Officers serve as a safeguard for the clientโ€™s premises and as customer service representatives, providing escorts for vendors and visitors, conducting foot patrols, restricting access as required, and providing general security for the facility.  This position is unarmed and not authorized to carry any weapons, ammunition, or other protective gear and devices.

About the Role:

The ideal candidates will be mature professionals with a wealth of knowledge of Madisonโ€™s exciting downtown lifestyle, as well as experts in both hospitality and security operations. Concierge and Security staff provide personalized assistance and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests at Madisonโ€™s newest luxury high-rise.

Primary Responsibilities

Concierge Services 1st Shift and 2nd Shift    

  • Welcome tenants and guests, respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with tailored recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions
  • Assist with guest requests such as gift deliveries, restaurant bookings, and more
  • Support administrative functions, including mail and package management
  • Provide information to prospective tenants regarding leasing options and amenities
  • Assist tenants in a courteous, discreet, and attentive manner at all times, regardless of outside influences or situation

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Present a mature, professional appearance
  • Extensive knowledge of downtown Madisonโ€™s entertainment, dining, transportation, parking, parks, and recreation activities
  • Extensive and consistent employment in hospitality and/or security
  • Professional
  • Must be eligible to obtain a State of Wisconsin Security Officer License
  • Must submit to a background check
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, email, etc.
  • Must be able to walk, sit, and/or stand for 8 hours
