Security Managers often oversee both physical and digital security, which can present challenges in aligning strategies and resources. Balancing these demands involves prioritizing risks, coordinating responses, and maintaining clear communication channels across departments. A proactive approach and ongoing training are essential for effectively managing both aspects of the role.
