Job description

Help safeguard a new operation as DP World prepares to open its facility in Rialto, CA! We're looking for a Security Supervisor to support the development and oversight of site security operations.
In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment by ensuring systems, processes, and protocols are consistently upheld and effectively executed. You'll work closely with site leadership and security teams to support compliance, identify risks, and strengthen overall security performance in a fast-paced operational setting.
About the Role
How you will contribute
• Conduct and document weekly review of CCTV system to ensure full functionality of cameras and recording equipment
• Conduct and document weekly alarm system testing including all panic alarm buttons, pedestrian doors and other 24-hour points
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Review daily Security Guard reports to identify trends and recommend corrective action
• Attend staff meetings and report security concerns to local management and to Regional Security Manager-North America
• Identify, investigate and resolve issues
• Ensure company and customer security policies are followed
• Provide annual security training to facility employees
• Conduct regular audits of security systems
• Maintain records to comply with audit requirements
• Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar position
• Supply chain and logistics/transportation industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Experience/familiarity with Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) security requirements
• Experience with the administration of CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Committed and reliable
• Must pass company background and screening process
• Former law enforcement experience is a plus
