Job description

We are looking to hire an RV Resort Maintenance/Security Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the daily upkeep and maintenance of the property along with overseeing the security staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain park facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Board of Directors and office
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Oversee (distribute mail, security, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Scheduling of maintenance/security staff
  • Occasional weekends maybe needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields, experience in RV resorts and campgrounds a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Basic computer skills including Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Oversee outside vendors and obtain best quotes for park services that may be needed
  • Pay based on experience
