Position Overview:

As an Area Supervisor at Admiral Security, you will play a crucial role in overseeing field operations and maintaining effective communication between our security personnel and the office. Your responsibilities will include supervising security guards, facilitating training sessions, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring the seamless execution of our security services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

· Effectively manage and supervise security personnel in the field

· Serve as the primary point of contact between field staff and the office staff

· Motivate and inspire a high level of performance among security guards

Operational Support:

· Coordinate the distribution of uniforms to new hires and ensure uniform compliance

· Collaborate with the operations team to enhance overall service delivery

Training and Development:

· Conduct training sessions for new and existing security guards

· Ensure that all security personnel are up-to-date on the latest procedures and protocols

Communication:

· Maintain clear and open communication channels with both field staff and office personnel
