About the Internship:
Mastronardi offers a structured, 10-week internship program that runs three times per year, during the Spring, Summer and Fall. This internship provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from industry professionals.
Available Departments:
We have previously held interns in the following areas: Finance, Food Safety, Growing, HR, IT, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing, Procurement, Purchasing, Sales, Security, Supply Chain, Talent Acquisition and Treasury.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership and assist with assigned tasks and projects
  • Support team members with various initiatives
  • Attend meetings, contribute ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional groups
  • Participate in learning sessions, team-building activities, and mentor opportunities
  • Perform other duties as needed

Education/Background Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
