Job description

DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative who will sell Electronic Security Equipment in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

As a Security Integrator, the company offers the following general product categories: Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Parking Revenue Systems, ID Badge Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will have the opportunity to call on commercial accounts in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas and you will be able to personally manage relationships with commercial businesses in need of security equipment. 

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred but not required
  • Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry
  • Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security is essential
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Must be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
  • Must be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Other duties as assigned
