Job Description
Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking an experienced Physical Security Manager to join our high performing team in support a federal government customer. For consideration, qualified candidates must meet ALL of the requirements below:
Minimum three years of experience in SAP physical security incident administration and oversight.
Minimum three years of experience in application of the Joint Air Force Army Navy (JAFAN) 6/0 and 6/9, Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) and Intelligence Community Standard 705 (ICS 705).
TS/SCI with SAP/ SAR eligibility
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $80,000 - $90,000.
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. Accrued but unused paid time off will be paid upon termination. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Duties include:
Provide daily support to operations, test, and training personnel/students for SAPF/SCIFs, documents and practices.
Train, assist and ensure personnel adhere to provisions of the DoD, JAFAN, JSIG and ICD/ICS daily.
Conduct an annual accountable classified material inventory.
Maintain and oversee a visitor control program.
Manage reproduction and destruction capability of SAP/SCI information.
Support operations to enable weekly SAP document and equipment transfer between multiple locations including, FOLs, AOCs, CONUS operational locations, and higher headquarters.
Assist Wing Advanced Program (AP) Office in drafting, coordinating, and maintaining local Security Policy, Guidance and Directions.
Coordinate with HHQ on recommended changes to security policies and procedures.
Manage Wing Self-Inspection program.
Conduct unit level JAFAN compliance assessments and report result to the Wing AP Office.
Implement physical security controls to ensure information is safe and secure in accordance with JAFAN, JSIG, HHQ and local security policies.
Recommend security policy changes to the Wing AP office.
Plan, prepare and present quarterly security policy education and training to 100 personnel. Conduct program indoctrination briefings and debriefings as required.
Assists PSM and ASM with monitoring the state of health of Program Security and make suggestions for improvements as necessary.
Implement controls in accordance with JAFAN, JSIG, HHQ and local security policy to ensure information is safe and secure. Initiate incident reporting and post-incident status as necessary.
At least one FTE for the 30 RS & 44 RS will perform INFOSEC, PERSEC, and Industrial Security officer duties.
