We are seeking a leader with a strong emphasis on coaching and development. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive operational efficiency. Experience in a trade is preferred, but leadership ability is paramount.

Your Strategic Responsibilities:

As the Area Manager for the South Area, you will oversee the operations of two retail locations in Clearwater & Sarasota and the outside technicians in these areas, managing a team of 7-10 field and retail staff. Your focus will be on developing talent, optimizing performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, focusing on individual growth and skill enhancement.
  • Performance Management: Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement coaching strategies to drive results.
  • Operational Oversight: Conduct field visits to provide on-site coaching and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving operational challenges.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement best practices and identify growth opportunities.
