We are looking for a Security Systems Installation Technician who has experience installing for small business up to enterprise level security systems including cameras and access control. You must be able and willing to travel overnight, if necessary, throughout Michigan.
Who You Are:
โ€ข An understanding of how low-voltage systems come together from start to finish
โ€ข Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment to meet the needs of our clients
โ€ข Must be extremely organized and exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Access Control and Video systems is strongly preferred
โ€ข A Collaborative work ethic
โ€ข A mindset of continuous education and improvement
What You Are Accountable For:
โ€ข Installing all types of systems, but if you think Hikvision is high-end, you likely would not fit in here. You should be comfortable wiring a single door access system by yourself and training the customer as well as running a crew to get 150 analytics cameras installed. We don't install many fire systems, but that is good experience too
โ€ข Real experience running a team and working solo on commercial installs
โ€ข You understand networks
โ€ข You have worked quite a bit with Avigilon and other enterprise security systems.
