This position will focus on the site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients while working alongside internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success. 


  • Installs, tests, and troubleshoots new CCTV, access control, and security systems.
  • Ensures that systems are installed properly and on time in accordance with Kastle's procedures and quality control standards.
  • Provides feedback and information to identify any potential barriers to timely execution of the project, such as construction delays or changes.
  • Provides accurate documentation for completed work.
  • Maintains assigned company-owned vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issue.
  • Maintains and protects building keys to customer buildings.
  • Communicates with customers, customer representatives, contractors and Kastle staff as necessary to install and test equipment.
  • Stays up to date and knowledgeable in Kastle services, technology as well as internal processes and procedures.

  • Handson experience with hand and power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use metering devices.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and carry tools and equipment not to exceed seventyfive pounds.
  • Must be able to distinguish colors.
  • Must be able to interface and communicate with customers and coworkers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Candidate must be able to use MS Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to follow the installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures outlined by i2G.
  • Must be available to work overtime, weeknights, and/or weekends when necessary.
  • Must continue to maintain a safe driving record and valid driver’s license to fulfill the travel requirements of this position.

  • Preferred, But Not Required
    • Knowledge of analog and IP camera systems
    • Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking
    • Knowledge of programming digital video recorders (DVRs)
