This rolerequires a high level of attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and theability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. 

Responsibilities: 

      Patrolthe casino premises to monitor and report suspicious activity or safetyhazards.

      Providea visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminalactivity.

      Respondpromptly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, andgaming offences.

      Escortguests and employees when necessary, ensuring safety.

     EnforceCasino and gaming rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with AGLC laws andpolicies.

      Workclosely with other team members, law enforcement, and all other emergencyresponders as needed.

      Provideexceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and secureenvironment.

Qualifications:

      Previousexperience in a security role, preferably in a casino or high-trafficenvironment.

      Abilityto remain alert and focused for long periods.

      Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities.

      Abilityto handle conflict and emergencies calmly and professionally.

      Proficientin the use of security systems and technologies.

     Must beable to pass a criminal background check.

      Mustbe able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

     Policecriminal record check is required

     AlbertaSecurity license is required
