  • Provide professional assistance, information, and direction
  • Build positive relationships with building occupants and clients
  • Resolve concerns calmly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills

Leadership & Professionalism

  • Lead by example and maintain high standards of conduct
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in dynamic situations
  • Support security operations across multiple properties
  • Promote a positive, service-oriented culture while maintaining security requirements

Required Qualifications

Security Experience

  • Valid Alberta Security Services Worker License
  • Drivers License
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional security experience
  • Experience working in commercial office towers, Class A buildings, construction sites, hospitality, concierge, or similar environments
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and report writing

Customer Service Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service, concierge, hospitality, front desk, client-facing, or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service while managing difficult situations
  • Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

Additional Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred
  • First Aid/CPR Certification considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically capable of performing patrol duties, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs

Who Will Be Successful in This Role?

The ideal candidate:

  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Remains calm and professional under pressure
  • Possesses high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Understands that security and customer service go hand-in-hand
  • Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and integrity at all times
  • Is confident interacting with executives, tenants, contractors, and members of the public

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive compensation
  • Opportunities for advancement and leadership development
  • Diverse and engaging work environments
  • Supportive management team
  • Stable, long-term employment opportunities
  • Professional and respectful workplace culture

If you are an experienced security professional who excels at customer service and understands how to balance security, professionalism, and tenant relations, we would like to hear from you.
