Security Officer (Class D License Required)
Location: Hialeah, FL

A well-established manufacturing company in the Miami area is seeking a dependable and professional Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and company assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in being observant, reliable, and customer-focused while working in a stable, long-term position with outstanding benefits.
Spanish fluency is required.
Work Schedule
This position follows a rotating shift schedule. Candidates must be flexible and able to work the following hours:
  • Three weeks: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • One week: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring facility access, conducting routine patrols, and ensuring the safety of the property. Duties include managing visitor entry, monitoring entrances and exits, observing and reporting suspicious activity, documenting incidents, maintaining security logs, and communicating security concerns to management. You will also assist with monitoring vendor, contractor, and company vehicle activity and report any issues involving security equipment, alarms, cameras, or safety systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong observation and communication skills, maintain a professional appearance, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

Requirements include:
Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License
Fluency in English and Spanish
1-3 years of security experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
