Alert and observant, you are the eyes and ears of Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc. You maintain access control to a secure facility. Thanks to the excellent and comprehensive training that we have provided, you remain calm and handle any issues confidently and professionally while applying your conflict resolution skills.You communicate respectfully and effectively with anyone you come in contact with whether clients, employees, residents, trespassers, emergency response personnel, or law enforcement. With attention to detail, you are conscientious about accurately maintaining complete logs and writing clear reports during your shift. Both Alliance and our clients can depend on you.
