Job description

SECURITY DISPATCHER.
United Guard Security is seeking a Security Dispatcher to become an integral part of our team. Dispatchers are responsible for receiving and responding to calls. Dispatchers need the ability to quickly process the information that was communicated to them by the guard and deliver the right information to the branch managers or supervisors.

Starting Pay: $20.00 hourly
Location: Gardena, CA
Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch security officers to incidents.
  • Answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
  • Maintain incident logs and reports.
  • Communicate with field officers and management.

Requirements/Key skills:
  • 1-2+ years dispatch experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
  • Have strong verbal, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Availability for swing/nights/weekends.

Preferred:
  • Experience with security guard companies.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Pay & Benefits:
  • $20.00 per hour.
  • Full-time.
  • Training provided.
