As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor entry requirements, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
  • Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs with clear, accurate details regarding patrols, observations, and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
