As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in NOTTINGHAM, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations to site management, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
