Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Deployment Lead to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Serve as the Deployment team's project manager supporting all areas of customer delivery and personnel management while coordinating hardware and software deployments.
* Supervise deployment engineers to ensure hardware and software systems are fully implemented and functioning.
* Lead projects, establish baseline schedules, and manage a Deployment Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project.
* Monitor deployment metrics daily and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly deployment status reports for Government customers.
* Identify high-risk areas, perform schedule risk analysis, and develop mitigation plans for each deployment.
* Interface with deployment engineers to translate technical specifications into deployment BOMs and price estimates. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience managing multiple classified hardware and software deployments
* 5+ years of experience applying IT technical knowledge and managing IT projects from inception to completion
* 5+ years of inventory management experience tracking Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
* 3+ years of experience planning, scheduling, and updating program activities using MS Project
* 3+ years of experience using MS Office and ServiceNow
* ITIL v3 or v4 certification
* PMP certification or associated certification, ex., CAPM Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining schedule templates, processes, and procedures
* Experience establishing and maturing team training capabilities
* Proven capability coordinating with functional areas such as networks, circuits, and security Clearance Requirements: * Must have a current or active TS clearance with SCI eligibility Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
