The Data Center Physical Security Security Control Room (SCR) Operator serves as the nerve center of security operations at the Data Center. Operators working in the SCR are responsible for monitoring all video, communications, and access control systems. They manage dispatch information, direct and control officer activity, and coordinate security activities occurring on the site, particularly during incidents. The SCR Operator ensures the safety and security of personnel, assets, and reputation by adhering to established protocols and maintaining continuous situational awareness.

Qualifications

? Completion of required legislative and Basic Functional Training Plans, as well as any local documentation required for the position.

? Ability to quickly learn and operate complex security systems, type at a minimum of 45 words per minute, familiarity with Google Workspace systems (docs, sheets, slides, forms)
