Overview
The Armed Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property within the apartment complex. This position involves maintaining a visible presence, enforcing community rules, and responding to security incidents with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol the apartment grounds, parking lots, and common areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure resident safety.
  • Respond promptly to calls for service, disturbances, or suspicious activity.
  • Enforce property policies and regulations while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor with residents and guests.
  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to prevent trespassing, vandalism, theft, and other unlawful acts.
  • Prepare detailed hourly reports using our tracktik security system, on activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
  • Provide assistance to residents, management, and contractors as needed to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications
