A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Securities & Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join its Portland office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising publicly traded companies on securities law compliance, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance matters.

Ideal Background

โ€ข 4โ€“6 years of securities, capital markets, or public company corporate experience

โ€ข Experience with SEC compliance and reporting, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance matters

โ€ข Experience advising publicly traded companies on ongoing reporting obligations and disclosure requirements

โ€ข Strong knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Securities Act of 1933, stock exchange rules, and other applicable securities laws and regulations

โ€ข Experience drafting and reviewing SEC filings, disclosure documents, transaction documents, and corporate governance materials

โ€ข Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and project management skills
