Job description

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Security Assistant in Arlington, VA. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet visitors either in person or via the telephone a) Assist visitors with information as needed. b) Direct visitors to the appropriate security specialist as needed. * Operate office equipment including computers, typewriters, faxes, printers, scanners, and copiers. * Draft, edit, and type various documents in electronic and paper media. * Enter sensitive data into computer databases such as the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and spreadsheets. * Maintain various databases. * Process requests for Courier Authorization (DD Form 2501). * Maintain open lines of communication with all ONR Administrative Officers (AO). * In the absence of the Classified Document Control Clerk, receive and secure all Secret and confidential classified material. * Process all domestic and foreign visit requests to ONR. * Assist the other members of the ONR Security Division during routine and emergency situations. * Maintain and update the Security website daily/weekly/monthly. * Serve as the point of contact for Security website material, including security training and building access requests. * Maintain open lines of communication with Contract Security Officers and Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). * Assist in the entrance of VIPs to ONR Headquarters building. * Assist with both classified and unclassified meetings where groups are larger than 25 people. * Provide back-up to Common Access Card (CAC) Issuing Official(IO). * Serves as Content Coordinator for Security Division SharePoint site. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * An associate's degree from an accredited institution and one (1) year as a security specialist or a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and three (3) as a security specialist. * Functional knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or other automated database system. * Functional knowledge of Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS). * Security Clearance: SECRET (Current or ability to obtain prior to award) Position is located in Arlington, VA.
