Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Security Assistant with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in Springfield, VA.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of two (2) years of experience performing administrative support functions directly related to personnel security vetting processes.
2. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
3. Must be organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills commensurate with the demands of the PSA position.
4. Demonstrated ability in the efficient use of Security Case Management Systems.
5. Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite applications
6. Experienced user of NP2, DISS, and NBIS applications, with special emphasis on e-App, JVS, and CVS.
7. Demonstrated ability to articulate and grammatically compose content using the English language.
8. Ability to multi-task and handle heavy workloads.
9. The PSA must be favorably adjudicated for a Secret Clearance position and enrolled in a CE program to support role.
