Our opportunity is counterintelligence (CI) and insider threat focused. The Industrial Security Analyst will manage a portfolio within the counterintelligence and sider threat program for the Northrop Grumman Space Sector (NGSP). You will be responsible for attending and working group meetings in the Quantico, VA area on a weekly basis.

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

In this job, you will:

  • Protect classified and proprietary information from external and internal threats
  • Conduct counterintelligence and insider threat investigations
  • Develop and implement awareness campaigns across this sector and in collaboration with NGSP Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Manager
  • Travel periodically to NGSP facilities across the sector in furtherance of the duties statues above
  • Establish internal and external partnerships
  • Review available intelligence sources, conduct tailored presentations and perform threat and vulnerability analysis
  • Develop methods to protect employees and proprietary information during CONUS and OCONUS travel
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience - OR - PhD with 4 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
  • Requires ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Requires leadership ability to work independently to represent Northrop Grumman

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of counterintelligence and/or insider threat experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
