Job Description Attorney - C&I Lending / Transactional Finance Our client, a full-service law firm is seeking a C&I Lending Attorney with 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, asset-based lending, and transactional matters. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with institutional lenders, regional banks, and corporate borrowers on sophisticated financing transactions. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial finance documents, including credit facilities, security agreements, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements.

Structure and manage commercial and industrial (C&I) lending transactions from term sheet through closing. Advise clients on transaction structures, collateral packages, and lending strategies. Conduct due diligence, including lien searches, corporate structure review, title and survey analysis, and collateral matters.

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, commercial leases, easements, and related transactional documents. Coordinate and manage all aspects of complex financing closings. Support commercial real estate and leasing matters as needed.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the New York and/or New Jersey Bar required; Florida Bar admission is a plus

4+ years of transactional finance and commercial lending experience. Strong knowledge of UCC Article 9 secured transactions. Experience with asset-based lending (ABL), cash-flow lending, and commercial finance transactions.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with clients and colleagues. Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused.

Location: Uniondale, NY Salary: $150K-$220K
