Job description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute money market and foreign exchange transactions for custodial clients
  • Monitor and maintain cash and securities investment portfolios
  • Prepare monthly Treasury meetings and quarterly Treasury Committee materials
  • Analyze treasury operations, investment performance, and strategic opportunities
  • Support FX system enhancements, including UAT testing and process improvements
  • Prepare periodic reports and manage daily communication with internal/external counterparts, including Japan-based stakeholders
  • Keep management informed of market developments and treasury trends
  • Assist with legal, tax, and accounting reviews related to treasury and securities lending products
  • Maintain customer account profiles and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure accurate collection and maintenance of client KYC/customer information
  • Update policies, procedures, and operational manuals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong Excel, database, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of legal, tax, and accounting principles related to treasury operations
