One of the leading financial institutions is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Treasury Administrator.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute money market transactions for cash deposits
  • Execute foreign exchange transactions

  • Arrange meetings
  • Prepare treasury reports

  • Update various manuals
  • Analyze monthly operations, performance and proposals for future strategies of money investment
  • Handle periodical reporting and other day-to-day correspondence with Japanese counterparts
  • Conduct regulatory compliance practices including BSA requirements
  • Assist in analyzing the legal and tax issues
  • Maintain the account profile of the securities lending customers
  • Manage information from proposed customers
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual Japanese/English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills

  • 1-3 years of related experience preferably in financial institutions
