Guiding Corporate Growth with Legal Excellence
Shaping Governance and Compliance for a Dynamic Public Company
The company is seeking an accomplished General Counsel - Corporate & Securities to serve as its top legal executive and strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. As the first senior legal hire, this leader will establish and oversee the legal function, guiding all aspects of corporate governance, securities compliance, and risk management for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial public company.
