Policy, Data Governance & Security

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve IT policies, standards, and controls aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and parent-company policies, cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and internal audit requirements.
  • Oversee data governance practices, including data quality, lifecycle management, secure storage, access, and usage in line with organizational standards.
  • Partner with business leaders to promote responsible, effective, and value-driven use of data across the organization.
