Overview
The Decision Management program enables intelligent decision based products through streaming analytics with the ability to govern these decisions and manage their outcomes with business agility. Platform leverage insights from historical data, merchant relation graph, consumer profiling, advanced machine learning models, business rules and & AI inferening engines to deliver real time decisions at global scale.
We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our DMP team in Vancouver office.

Role
Architect, design and develop enterprise-grade software solutions.
Identify opportunities and build roadmaps to enhance primary service/function.
Commitment to engineering excellence, including:
Writing welldesigned, testable, maintainable, and secure code
Automating and simplifying development and delivery workflows
Participating in and driving blameless postmortems to identify root causes and apply learnings
Mentor or guide less experienced engineers.
All About You
Strong programming skills in modern C++, with a track record of writing highperformance, reliable, and maintainable code.
Experience building performancecritical and realtime systems, with a deep understanding of scalability, latency, throughput, and reliability tradeoffs.
Proven ability to design and implement highthroughput data pipelines, including instrumentation and live performance monitoring.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures, including servicetoservice communication patterns (REST, gRPC, streaming).
Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and secure communications (TLS/SSL, mTLS, HTTPS), with familiarity SDLC principles.
Bonus Points...
Handson experience with Rust programming languages and its integration with C++ APIs.
Cloudnative development experience, preferably on AWS.
Experience integrating native services with other languages, including: Java (JNI) Python (ctypes, pybind11)
Handson experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and repeatable software delivery.
