JOB INFORMATION
Job Title of Opening: Software Developer
Salary: $264,514 per Year
Full Time Hours: 40
Scheduled Days: Monday - Friday
Position is for a Software Developer (internal title: Senior DevOps Engineer) responsible for designing, developing, and updating enterprise-level software applications for corporate clients. Duties include, but are not limited to: Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for microservices across development, staging, and production environments; Build and deploy containerized applications using Infrastructure-as-Code principles; Manage Git repositories and enforce secure, policy-driven branching and merge strategies; Design and implement MLOps pipelines for automated model training, validation, and deployment; Integrate AI-based anomaly detection and predictive analytics in performance monitoring; Implement AI-driven AIOps workflows to auto-resolve incidents and improve system resilience; Configure and manage service mesh for secure, load-balanced microservice communication; Develop Helm charts and Kubernetes YAML templates for microservice lifecycle management; Administer and optimize ingress controllers for reliable API gateway and application routing; Implement progressive delivery strategies such as canary, blue/green, and shadow deployments using AI-based traffic shifting; Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment setup using declarative IaC templates; Set up real-time monitoring and alerting systems and applications with anomaly detection; Collaborate with Data Science teams to operationalize AI/ML models into production pipelines; and conduct root cause analysis and incident forensics using AI-based log correlation tools.
Requires a Master's Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience. Experience as a Infrastructure Engineer is acceptable, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof. In lieu of this, employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 5 years of progressive experience, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof.
Location- Employee is permitted to work remotely from home residence, but may be required to travel to various unanticipated locations within the United States. The nature of this travel entails for driving successful data integration initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams for clients of the employer. It is not possible to anticipate the frequency of this travel. The frequency
of this travel will vary and be on an as-needed basis.
