The Opportunity

Delivery & Agile Partnership (with Plan)
  • Partner with Product/BA/Scrum roles to keep the backlog refined with clear acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements; contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and reviews.
  • Report team delivery health (velocity, sprint goal attainment, PR cycle time) and quality metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
  • Translate business needs into technical tasks and solutions.
  • Share updates on progress, metrics, and releases with the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering and IT leadership.

Systems & Integration Ownership (Team Scope)
  • Deliver eCommerce capabilities (catalog, cart/checkout, payment, fulfillment, personalization) and assist with ERP/enterprise integrations (e.g., Boomi).
  • Maintain documentation for assigned services/applications and ensure clean handoffs to Operations.

Operations Readiness & Incident Support
  • Coordinate release preparation with DevOps/Operations; validate feature flags and rollback steps.
  • Prepare and maintain support runbooks; act as Tier-2 SME for incidents; escalate promptly to Run for production reliability.
