Job Summary
- Serve as a Business Systems Analyst II, working onsite.
- Requires an Associate Degree (proof of education needed).
- Implement and support EMRs and 3rd party hospital/clinic applications (e.g., Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank).
- Focus on ancillary areas such as Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology system implementations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare provider settings (e.g., hospitals, clinics); insurance experience not applicable.
- Experience with EMR implementations (such as Epic, Athena, Cerner) and Epic module-related projects.
- Involved in implementation of 3rd party applications related to hospital departments and clinics.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, process flow documentation, and producing project documentation (e.g., project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas).
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
