Culmen International, LLC is hiring a Special Operations Forces (SOF) Global Force Management Analyst. Provides executive level Global Force Management (GFM)assessments to the Director of Operations and Commanding General and meets SOCCENT GFM forcerequirements objectives.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

Executes operational level force requirements planning for SOCCENT and all subordinate SOFformations; forecast SOF and conventional enabler requirements to support named operationsand JCS EXORDs. Provides SOF expertise to CENTCOM in all phases of GFM activities and assesses sourcingrecommendations from SOCOM and the Services to meet operational objectives. Forecasts JCET priority of effort recommendation for CG approval and recommends allocation ofavailable forces to meet JCET priorities; facilitates JCET package submission to SOCOM.

Required Qualifications

Five years of active duty SOF experience Three years of CENTCOM AOR experience Three years of GFM experience at a TSOC or GCC Knowledge of Secretary of Defense Global Force Management Implementation Guidance(GFMIG) Understands the Secretary of Defense Forces For Unified Commands Memorandum Understands the Secretary of Defense Assignment, Allocation, and Apportionment Tables Understands the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) Understands CENTCOM and SOCOM GFM staffing procedures Understands SOF Component organizational structure Understands SOF Component regionally aligned sustainable capacity Understands the Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) Understands Automated Message Handling System Bachelor's Degree.
