Job description

PART TIME RECORDING SECRETARY-PLANNING COMMISSION
  SUPERVISION RECEIVED:                 
Chairman to the Planning Commission
 
HOURS:                                                       
Approximately 12 hours per month

REQUIREMENTS:                                     
Proficient with word processing

Computer at home with internet access
Strong organizational skills and attention to details is critical
GENERAL DUTIES:                                  
Perform secretarial duties for the Planning Commission to include but not limited to filing, mail and correspondence
Attend evening meetings (usually fourth Monday of  month)
