Job description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a well-organized and motivated security specialist to join a dynamic, multi-discipline team. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a proven self-starter, capable of working independently and with a team.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Support visitor and security protocol for external and internal engagements, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage classified and foreign guest meeting requirements and policy.
  • Maintain the company badging system and policy.
  • Some personnel security and clearance verification experience.
  • Experience required in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and National Background Investigation Services (NBIS).
  • Create profiles in internal information management system.
  • Assists with classified document control for incoming and outgoing classified material.
  • Provide courier briefings and badges.
  • Track, manage, and brief all special caveat briefings, such as NATO, COMSEC, CNWDI, etc.
  • Assist FSO with management of company and government required training.
  • Interacts with all levels of company personnel and management on matters pertaining to security policy and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative activities/assignments as directed by supervisor.

  • Knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software applications.
