2026-2027 Workday Schedule

Minimum Requirements:

Master's Degree from an accredited institution

Valid Texas Principal certificate

Valid Texas teaching certificate

Three years of classroom experience

Primary Purpose:

Assist the school principal in overall administration of instructional program and campus level operations in a manner that supports a learning environment that maximizes the potential of each student. Coordinate assigned student activities and services. The Assistant Principal assists the Principal with ensuring the success and achievement of all students by monitoring and continuously improving teaching and learning.  The Assistant Principal shall assist the Principal oversee compliance with federal and state law, local district policies, success of instructional programs and operation of all campus activities.  The Assistant Principal is expected to communicate in an effective and timely manner with the Principal and/or District Level Leadership.
