The second fab will utilize its leading-edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. The Role
Are you passionate about the design, construction, and operation of one of the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the world? TSMC is looking for a "Fab Production Control Planner" to bridge capacity support and Demand fulfillment within headquarter demand planning, Operation Resource Planning and Fab Manufacturing team. The mission of this job is to reliably fulfill customer orders through competitive manufacturing cycle time, quick response to demand / order changes and accurate delivery schedule with agile production planning.
Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Fab operations management: NTO pilots and priority lots management, production wafer scheduling, In-line WIP management, key bottleneck tool performance monitor and cycle time performance management.
  • Operation KPI monitor and schedule/ resource control
  • Streamline procedures and logistics to ensure on-time delivery to customers

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
  • A master's degree in industrial engineering or related fields are preferred.

Technical Skills:
  • 2 years working experience of Fab operation or production planning with knowledge about IC process and logistic flow is preferred.
  • Programming skills for data analysis - SQL, Excel VBA, and Power Bi.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and result-oriented environment.
  • Proactive working attitude, good communication, and presentation skills.

Interpersonal Skills:
  • Cross function/organization project handling experience is a plus.
  • Regular and consistent communication with headquarters to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and updates.
