Job description

You will be the System Integration and Test Engineer, Sr Stf for the Operations Engineering team which is responsible for supporting and focusing on activities within the FTW Man In The Loop Labs, ensuring lab readiness, safety, and successful daytoday operations.


What You Will Be Doing


As the System Integration and Test Engineer, Sr Stf you will be responsible for providing operational, technical support, and leadership for the LM Aero Fort Worth Man In The Loop Labs (MITL) Ops Team across multiple lines of business.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Lead the Simulation Ops Team and troubleshoot daily technical lab anomalies.

  • Provide customerservicefocused communication and interpersonal support.

  • Coordinate with systems, software, hardware, IT, project leadership, CAMs, and external users and pilots.

  • Plan and execute lab upgrade activities and integrate new lab equipment.

  • Maintain lab safety, security, and configuration management compliance.
